Agria

Agria potatoes produce medium to large, oval tubers. They are characterized by a smooth, yellow skin and a deep yellow coloured flesh.

The Agria is a very versatile potato with excellent flavor. Its dry matter content is high, giving it a firm cooking quality. There is no after cooking discoloration. It has been a favorite with restaurants as a multi-purpose potato and is well suited to the "50lb carton" for food service.

Its principal uses have been for french fries and for the fresh table market.
