Dakota Pearl
The Dakota Pearl has a smooth, bright skin and a white flesh colour. Although originally intended for chip processing, the Dakota Pearl has also become a very popular fresh variety in the "round white" market.
Dakota Pearls have medium sized round tubers with shallow eyes. It is an early maturing variety which produces a high number of tubers.
The Dakota Pearl has a high dry matter content. Its cooking type is flowery.
